"Really clean ride, which matters to me"
I used Workman Transportation recently and was impressed. I’m kind of picky about vehicles being clean, so I noticed right away that it smelled fresh, the seats were comfortable, and everything looked well taken care of. Nothing felt worn out or beat up, which I really appreciated. It was in better shape than I expected, and I’d definitely ride with them again

I was feeling a bit pressured trying to get our whole group organized, but booking the ride ended up being really straightforward. Everything was handled smoothly, which made the process a lot less stressful.

I had a few questions along the way, and the staff were really helpful. They got back to me quickly and explained things in a simple way, like, “No worries, here’s what you need to do next,” which made the whole process feel a lot less stressful. There was a small delay with the timing, but nothing major. Overall, it was a good experience.

I reached out expecting a fairly simple response, but it took longer than I hoped to hear back. When I did get replies, they weren’t always very clear, so I was left feeling a bit unsure about what to do next. "Had to just sit there and deal with those awful van seats"
The van seats were super uncomfortable. I kept shifting around trying to get comfortable, but it just wasn’t happening. One of those rides where you’re basically forced to be patient and suffer through it until it’s finally over.

"Driver could’ve been more professional"
I hate leaving negative reviews, but my ride just didn’t feel very professional. The driver seemed rushed and kind of rude, and when I asked a question, it felt like I was annoying them instead of just trying to get where I needed to go!!
Maybe they were having a bad day, and I get that happens, but the whole experience still left me feeling uncomfortable. I’d probably think twice before booking again.

"Billing could’ve been clearer"
The ride itself was totally fine, no complaints there. The billing was the confusing part, haha. I thought the price was already set when I booked, but then I noticed some extra charges later that I didn’t really understand. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere in the details, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me at the time. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but I still feel like the full total should’ve been clearer upfront.
"Canceling was way more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried to cancel my booking it turned into more of a hassle than I expected. I had to send a few extra messages just to get a straight answer, which made the whole thing feel unnecessarily slow and confusing. They did eventually cancel it, but by that point I was already annoyed with the process...

"I’ve dealt with them a few times now..."
I’ve dealt with them a few times now, and I’m kind of tired of having to follow up. Sometimes dispatch runs late, which gets frustrating, but to be fair, they do answer when you call. It’s not the worst service, just inconsistent enough that it wears you down after a while.

"Nice enough, but not exactly dependable"
The people I dealt with were friendly, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a total disaster. But the pickup was late, the updates were vague, and I kept feeling like I had to chase them for basic info. part of me thinks it wasn’t that big of a deal, but at the same time, I wouldn’t say I felt confident relying on them

"Felt like the right choice for our bags"
We used Workman Transportation, i had a good feeling about it from the start. The driver was really helpful with loading and unloading all our bags, which made the whole thing feel easy instead of stressful. One suitcase ended up a little sideways, but nothing was damaged, so no big deal. Overall, it was a smooth trip and I’d definitely use them again.

"Wish I’d Asked More About the Pricing First"
I used Workman Transportation, i walked away feeling like I should’ve looked into the pricing more before booking. The cost ended up being higher than I expected, and it just didn’t feel worth it to me.
What I regret most is not getting a clearer idea upfront, because once everything was done, I felt like I was kind of stuck paying it. Maybe someone else might have a smoother experience, but for me, the price didn’t seem to match the service.
I probably wouldn’t use them again unless the pricing was explained much more clearly ahead of time. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but I definitely left feeling like I should’ve made a different choice.

"Decent ride, but room to improve"
I used Workman Transportation recently, and overall it was okay. The ride got me where I needed to be, and the driver was friendly enough. The vehicle was clean too, which I appreciated. That said, the communication could’ve been better, and the timing wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t really stand out either. I’d probably use them again if I needed to, but I left feeling like the service could be a little more organized.

"I don’t know what was going..."
I don’t know what was going on, but the routes it picked made no sense. It sent me on these weird, weird ways around town and I ended up late twice because of it.

"Fixed eventually, but it dragged on"
I had an issue with my booking and it was annoying from the start. I ended up calling more than once and waited way longer than I thought I would just to get a clear answer. To be fair, they did fix it in the end, so I can’t say they ignored it. It just felt like it took way more effort than it should have. Anyway

"My reservation was almost right"
They had most of my booking correct, but the pickup time was a little off. I felt kind of embarrassed having to double-check it at the counter, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Just a bit annoying

"Pretty good pickup coordination"
Pickup went smooth overall. They called me ahead of time and gave me a window, which made it way easier to plan my day around it.
I’m giving 4 stars just because the driver showed up a little later than they first said, but they kept me updated the whole time so it wasnt really a big deal.
